• Residential HVAC Service Technician — Diagnose and repair residential cooling and heating systems across all major brands
• Residential HVAC Install Technician — Install new systems including heat pumps, furnaces, ductless mini-splits, and complete HVAC installations
• HVAC Maintenance Technician — Perform comprehensive multi-point inspections and seasonal tune-ups for our Comfort Club members

Who We Are Looking For

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of residential HVAC experience, a valid NC driver’s license, EPA 608 certification (Universal preferred), and a commitment to doing the job right the first time. NATE certification is a plus but not required — we will help you get there.
